When ordering using OnClick online services, it only takes 3 steps to get what you need when you need it.

 
Register

Registering Online

If you have not already done so, Register for a free OnClick account.

You will be granted access to our online services immediately.

Registering over the Phone

If you do not have access to the internet, you can also register by contacting one of our customer support representatives by dialing +1.520.625.5691 option #8.

Ordering Online

After you have successfully registered, you will need to find a store/restaurant to place an order with. Visit our Merchants page to view a list of stores and restaurants (you will only be allowed to place an order with a store/restaurant in your area).

Once you have found a store/restaurant, click the 'Order Now' button next to the store/restaurant's profile. If there is not an 'Order Now' button, it means the store/restaurant does not accept orders online and you will need to call them to place an order. You will not be allowed to place an order outside the store/restaurant's office hours.

You will be allowed to cancel your order if the order status is either 'New' or 'Pending'. This means, the store/restaurant has not reviewed your order.

Once the status is changed, you will not be allowed to cancel your order online.

Ordering over the Phone

To place your first order you will need to contact one of our customer service representatives by dialing +1.520.625.5691 option #3.

We assist you in placing your first order and provide you with all the information you need to place orders in the future via our automated system.

 
 
Request Delivery

Pick-Up

Once the store/restaurant has approved your order and payment has been made, you can then request delivery or pick-up your order.

Use the email that was sent to you after your order was placed, to locate the address of the store/restaurant. You can then drive to the location and pick-up your order.

Delivery

Once the store/restaurant has approved your order and payment has been made, you can then request delivery or pick-up your order.

Click on the 'Request Delivery' link under the 'My Account ' section. You will need to supply the order number supplied to you by the store/restaurant. You will not be allowed to place a delivery request, without the merchant order number.

Note: Non-restaurant orders will be placed on a delivery schedule.

Each delivery schedule has a unique code, i.e. S2-A. Note the schedule number, assigned to your request.

Match that schedule number to the schedule number on our Delivery Schedule page for your area. Each schedule has a delivery request cutoff time and a delivery request start time.

Your order will be placed in the appropriate schedule depending on the time your delivery request was made.

You will not be allowed to place a delivery request outside our delivery schedule.
